Facilities are very nice. The hotel is clean and everything works fine. Plenty of parking space, and good recreational space. Staff is very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Wesan and Junanah. This is now my favorite hotel in Yanbu area.

Customer service showcased by staff especially Mr. Shareef, Ms. Reham, Ms. Maram and Ms. Bayadir were outstanding. Big shoutout to the team. they made the process hassle free. Would definitely recommend it my friends and colleagues.

I love the food of its restaurant especially its grilled salmon. The staff are hospitable, assistive, and accommodating. Its location is accessible to beaches, restaurants, and malls.

The breakfast is improved from previous visits. More selections. I enjoyed the smoked salmon although the pancakes were very rubbery. Room was clean with lots of plug-in points.
